Spain approves Softswiss' iGaming platform; company unveils new crypto-focused game aggregation feature
With the recent success of a security and audit of its Game Aggregator by Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) accredited testing company, Asensi Technologies, online gambling software provider Softswiss has increased the number of regulated markets it is able to supply games to, adding Spain to the list.
According to reports, Asensi conducted a comprehensive review of the game content aggregation programme, which included testing each unique technological interaction with a game provider company.
The Game Aggregator may now provide its in-demand services to gaming firms licenced in Spain thanks to certification from the Spanish testing company and the authority responsible for the regulation of both land-based and online gambling in the Southern European country.
Ease of incorporation:
Local operators in Spain that want to work with a gaming studio or developer, as stated in the press release, would generally be needed to complete a comparable security examination in order to be certified. Instead of securing several certificates for each integration with a new game provider, operators need simply secure a single certificate between the Game Aggregator and their online gaming organisation.
We have been anticipating the shift towards more strictly regulated markets for some time now. There are now games available on the Game Aggregator for regulated markets in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Romania, Serbia, and Ukraine, as well as foreign markets in Curacao, Isle of Man, and Malta. Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of Game Aggregator at Softswiss, said in a release, "We are pleased to be adding Spain to that list."
A "very demanding market," as Kaminskaya put it, for operators and software vendors like Softswiss is Spain due to the country's stringent regulatory structure. Our goal is to simplify content acquisition for operators by centralising it all in one place.
The Game Aggregator will reportedly announce its first customer into Spain's regulated gaming sector in the near future.
Crypto-exchange:
The firm, with headquarters in Curaçao, recently announced that it will make its complete library of games accessible to crypto operators and players through a cutting-edge in-game currency conversion feature. The addition of this function will allow crypto holders to participate in games that do not ordinarily accept cryptocurrency purchases.
Before this, gamers who signed up at an online casino and chose crypto as their primary currency could only play games that accepted crypto as a wagering option. Players would have to set up a fiat balance before accessing the game if the game provider has not allowed cryptocurrency payments like mETH and mBTC as supported currencies.
Slots, live dealer games, and table games that accept fiat deposits are now unnecessary thanks to the currency conversion option.
All of the casino's games from all of the casino's suppliers are now open for wagering. Softswiss claims that where there were once 40+ game studios on the list of crypto-friendly game providers, there are now over 170 game providers available via the Softswiss Casino Platform and Game Aggregator.
Bets placed in cryptocurrency upon launch will be converted to USD at the time of registration, with further fiat currency pairings to follow.
Obtaining Video Games:
Andrey Starovoitov, Chief Operating Officer of SOFTSWISS, commented on the new crypto-centric feature, saying that they are "pleased" to communicate that they are "moving forward" in making additional games available to the players of their operators.
Crypto dice firms have acquired a sizable fanbase since they provide a currency exchange option in addition to their other standard casino offerings. Our complete library of games is now available to crypto players and operators thanks to our most recent innovation: the currency exchange function. We are also working to streamline the overall gamer experience.
According to the company's chief operating officer, Softswiss "has always been associated as a crypto-fist brand," and the company is "happy to reaffirm that position yet again."
